WOMEN’S WISDOM: Resting Into Grace and Stillness
With Fiona Arrigo & Kalindi Jordan
Udaipur, India: November 10-17 2024, India.
This retreat is the ultimate bespoke Arrigo Retreat where we come together to do our work and take time to review what the year has been, to examine who we are, what we aspire to, what we want to let go of and what we want to call in.
Fiona and her guest speaker’s work is held in in deep philosophical and personal enquiry. Through morning reflections and workshops, we examine what service to ourselves and to the world means.
This is your time to be nourished and drop out of the busyness of your everyday life.
We are living in times of great change in an increasingly complex world. This is a precious opportunity for self-nurturing, philosophical enquiry, deep bodywork and rest.
This retreat offers self-nurturing, bodywork, daily yoga, temple visits and exquisite palace dining which all weave together to create a truly magical experience of cultivating the strength and beauty of life as a deep spiritual practice, nourishing the seeds of change within.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Women's Wisdom retreats are an opportunity to rest, pause, contemplate; to ask the relevant questions of who are we as women today? They are a place to come together, learn and collaborate. Each morning Fiona holds a workshop based on philosophical enquiry and the afternoons are a time for the renowned Arrigo bodywork practices, rest, integration and spending time in community. Fiona's philosophy is that these retreats are not a place to come and be 'fixed', as we do not need fixing, they are a place to come for nurturing, taking responsibility for our own healing, bringing awareness to our energy expenditure and being guided in a new way of living.
