Frequently Asked Questions

  • Women's Wisdom retreats are an opportunity to rest, pause, contemplate; to ask the relevant questions of who are we as women today? They are a place to come together, learn and collaborate. Each morning Fiona holds a workshop based on philosophical enquiry and the afternoons are a time for the renowned Arrigo bodywork practices, rest, integration and spending time in community. Fiona's philosophy is that these retreats are not a place to come and be 'fixed', as we do not need fixing, they are a place to come for nurturing, taking responsibility for our own healing, bringing awareness to our energy expenditure and being guided in a new way of living.
