ACUPUNCTURE Poor physical and emotional health can often be the result of blockages or imbalances. Traditional Five Element Chinese Acupuncture has been used safely and effectively for thousands of years. It is a natural way to help re-balance all aspects of health and well-being.

Transformational Therapy Coaching (TT) facilitates lasting change by working with the subconscious mind. It identifies and resolves the root of emotional, behavioural, and psychological patterns. (It can frequently be combined with Five Element Acupuncture, as issues and energetic blockages explored in the coaching can be targeted by the acupuncture, bringing a deeper shift.) It weaves together therapeutic frameworks:

Hypnotherapy utilises a deeply relaxed state allowing the critical, conscious mind to soften while increasing access to the subconscious, allowing unresolved experiences to be understood, processed, and released.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is incorporated to help identify negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging mental habits.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming Through reframing techniques, clients develop new perspectives, interrupt outdated patterns, and create more empowering internal narratives.

Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation breathing techniques help regulate the nervous system by stimulating the vagus nerve to create a greater sense of safety.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) by gently tapping on specific acupuncture meridian points while focusing on emotional experiences or traumatic memories, a reduction in emotional intensity, increased clarity, and greater emotional stability can be achieved.
