This is an Agreement to respect and uphold the privacy and confidentiality of the identity and personal information of Attendees of The Arrigo Programme Retreat. This Agreement is subject to, but not limited by GDPR 2018. Please read, complete and submit. 1 Attendees shall not under any circumstance use or divulge or communicate to any person outside the Retreat party any information about, or shared by, Attendees which shall be treated as strictly private and confidential and safeguarded accordingly. That they shall indemnify any Attendee, as well as The Arrigo Programme, against any loss or damage that these parties may sustain or incur, as a result of any proven breach of confidence. 2 The Arrigo Programme confirms that staff, agents, contractors and any third parties to whom personal information is disclosed, are bound to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 provisions and GDPR 2018, that these parties shall indemnify the Attendee, as well as The Arrigo Programme, against any loss or damage that they may sustain or incur, as a result of any proven breach of confidence. 3 The indemnity contained in paragraph 2 shall cease to apply to information that may come into the public domain other than through unauthorised disclosure by staff, agents or contractors or any third parties aforementioned. 4 For the avoidance of doubt, the obligations or the confidentiality imposed on Attendees and all parties by this agreement shall continue in full force and effect after the end of the Retreat.
